I wanted to take a moment to address your concerns. You placed your order on Black Friday, the busiest shopping period, which can sometimes lead to slight delays. We dispatched your order on December 4th, just 3 working days after it was placed, well within our standard processing time.
As you may know, during the holiday season, carriers like An Post experience a high volume of deliveries, which can result in unexpected delays. We checked your tracking, and the latest update shows that your package is out for delivery today.

Upon checking your tracking information, it shows that your package is out for delivery and should arrive with you today. It was picked up on Nov 27th, An Post must just be have slight delays due to the time of the year.
