We want to make Christmas shopping as stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find our last order dates and delivery information so you know exactly when to order for pre-Christmas delivery.
Key Cut-Off Dates for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
Republic of Ireland & UK
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order by Tuesday, 16 December at 2:00pm.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on 16 December will still be collected and dispatched as normal, but An Post cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Europe
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order by Friday, 12 December at 2:00pm.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on 12 December may still arrive before Christmas, but cannot be guaranteed.

Last dispatch day: Monday, 22 December 3pm.
Courier: An Post (and partner networks in destination countries)
An Post will be collecting orders from us up to and including Monday, 22 December at 3pm, however:
Any orders collected after 2:00pm on 16 December (Ireland & UK) or after 2:00pm on 12 December (Europe) are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day.
There is still a strong chance they will be delivered in time, but this cannot be promised by the courier.

During December, order volumes and courier networks are extremely busy, which can cause delays that are outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and tracking details where applicable).
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I order after the cut-off date?
We will still process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed if you order after the stated cut-off times.
Will my order definitely arrive if I order before the cut-off?
Orders placed before the cut-off dates and times are shipped in line with An Post’s Christmas guidelines for guaranteed delivery. Once your parcel is in the postal network, any unexpected disruptions (e.g. severe weather, strikes) may still cause delays, but these cases are rare.
Are dispatch and delivery dates the same thing?
No. Dispatch is when we hand your parcel over to An Post. Delivery is when it arrives at your address. The dates listed above are cut-off times for placing your order to allow enough time for delivery before Christmas.
